A longtime resident of Grand Junction, Kate Porras is your hometown real estate agent and President of Kate Porras Properties at RE/MAX 4000. She hit the ground running in real estate when RE/MAX 4000 named her ‘Rookie of the Year.’ In addition, because she continued to grow her business quickly, she earned the ‘Exceptional Quantum Leap’ award, and a place in the RE/MAX 100% Club. More recently she won the 2017 Community Service Award and was welcomed into the RE/MAX Platinum Club! Kate’s expertise, reputation and business continues to grow, now handling millions in real estate transactions annually and providing world-class service to all of her satisfied clients.
In addition to her passion for real estate, Kate also is very active within the community. Kate is currently the board President for The Center for Children and previously served leadership positions within multiple organizations including Grant A Wish and Mesa County Communications Officers Association and was a member of The Giving Club . In 2014, the Grand Junction Police Department presented Kate with the prestigious ‘Award of Excellence’ for her dedicated service to the citizens of Grand Junction. She also loves to volunteer at her children’s school.
